I agree wholeheartedly with all answers, thus far. However, I do believe that the penalty for these crimes should be a lot more than what most of them get. The law has changed here where I live and is a lot tougher.

Just have to educate the children.
From the time they are little,
they need to learn about dangers of strangers.
Preach it to them, the way you do the alphabet or counting numbers.
Plus I believe in capital punishment.
An eye for an eye,
a tooth for a tooth.

We can't stop it completely, but we can start by letting the abusers and murderers know they can't get away with it forever.

Take better care of our own and teach them about safety. Maxium prison for any offendors.
