Sure, lots of days. If I respected the person, I explained my ideas more clearly. If I didn't care about the person, I just ignored him/her.

I know what you mean. It is my bests friends friend, the person who is completely despised at high school. He would always shut me down, my ideas, my facts... At first I thought he was racist, because he was white, and I always got the impression that my ideas don't account into anything.
Listen, they are insecure. They are so insecure, they dont trust themselves, they cant think for themselvs, and they get jealous that other people come up with brilliant ideas, and the only thing they can do is as you said take a dump.
If this is persistent, leave the person and tell him slash her your feeling. Your supposed to feel happy and accepted, not on a continual bases rejected.

all the time that's why they are idea's I listen to the other ideas to see how i can come up with something that has both eleiments so we all win!
plus i don't keep score if the idea was for me i will do what i want to do if the idea was for school then iw ill take the team effort and vote it if it is at work then i will do the same for school for the most part and see what is most logical and what will help the company!
the point of ideas is to get something done or started not to get revenge

Oh yeah, it happens often.
I just ignore the person who did it to me, or go elsewhere for feedback.
