if you ever rented a car, whats one thing you can thank of that would better help you, as the customer..while renting the car, honest answers ( going to meeting needing ideas ) ..newspaper, coffee stations, have employees carry my bags to my car etc

Honesty. Having the car ready that I reserved. Not having to wait in a long line. Simple insurance options.
