I went to work last night and when I came home, my husband is nowhere to be found. He was using the debit card last night and overdrew our checkbook and will not answer his cell phone at all. I am so scared and hate being by myself. Is there a way I can track is his cell phone to find out where he is. Any answer will help.

You can call the police and file a missing person's report. They will then begin tracking his phone and following his debit card purchases.

You may hate being by yourself, but you need to find some inner strength here. Only you would know if there is any reason for his sudden departure. Other than normal concern for where he is, he's taken all of the money that belongs to both of you and he's not letting you know where he is. You're owed an explanation. His cell phone probably has GPS and can be tracked, but I doubt that the cell phone company would cooperate with you, only the police. Call anyone you can think of to find out if they know where he is. When it comes time to call the police, you have that list ready for them. File a missing person's report. Good luck.

If this were my husband, I would have already called the police. It would be very out of character for him. I would be thinking that someone took him and his card, his car and did God only knows what to him. I would be crazy with worry. Did you guys have a fight? He may be acting out. If you didn't, has he been acting like a different man to you? If the answers to these last two questions are no, then call the police and find him...he might need you now more than ever before.

First, call the police, and then call the bank to stop any withdrawals on your debit card. I dont' want to scare you but he may be in trouble. Once you call the police they can get his cell phone records and atm film and see if there is something that has happened to him. If he's doing this on his own, I'd kill him, no maybe hurt him real bad, the next time I saw him. Then I'd kick him out of the house!!!!

OMG girl!!! I feel your pain!! You can go to the bank or get online and find out where he used your debit card. Start with that and I think you will find some answers. You can also get online and get the cell phone bill but I think you can't get it this early. (If it just happened last nite) Girl I just recently caught my husband in a 3 months phone conversation with another girl and I had to get all cell bills. So I feel your pain and Good LUCK!! You need to keep digging and digging till you find some answers!!! Thinking about ya!!!

DON'T PANIC!!!!!!!! Now, calmly.........

1) Cancel the card.

2) Wait till 24 hours had passed, then file a missing person's report.

3) Go and spend the night with a good friend (female) or a family member.

All will be clear by tomorrow. You'll see.

OMG just went through this last week.
Call police. Use the debit card through your bank to find out where they were used. Call bank and cancel card right away.
Right now.

After 24 hrs. file a missing person report.
And don't deposit any more money in that bank account cus I bet he'll get that also .
Did you try calling his work place?, his family?
Being by your self is the least of your worries.
Sounds like he left you , sorry to be so blunt.

if you haven't heard from your husband in 24 hours I'd phone the cops and file for a missing person report.
