No Graham Nash will be not be touring with the Hollies this fall.

Current band members are: Tony Hicks; Bobby Elliott; Peter Howarth; Steve Lauri; Ian Parker; Ray Stiles

I would be surprised. The band has been releasing CDs and touring without Nash over many years, including the 2007 tour of Europe and the current release, Staying Power.
