No there are only three elements he has to learn as he is already an air bending prodigy
I think they should end it as I don't see how they could continue it once he has learnt all the elements ans I don't want it to be one of these series that goes on and on until the ratings get so low they axe it and leave you without an ending.

I love Avatar the Last Airbender and I wouldn't want it to end so quickly. They should make at least 4 seasons even though there aren't any more elements to learn.

I agree with you, but not to completely end the whole idea of the show. I think 3 seasons of Avatar is enough, no matter how much I love it.
Having a new type of story is awesome with the same ideas that Avatar had. Of course not the samething that happen to Aang, but something exciting like it.

As much as I love that cartoon, what are they going to do after Aang defeats the Fire Lord? Unless they put it off for another season, I think it's time for it to come to an end.

if they can make a powerful opponent against aang (like another avatar or somebody who can control the 4 natures which they didn't know), maybe it can reach another season. they haven't even played season 3 here in our place!

I haven't seen any of the new episodes. Has the storyline come to some kind of conclusion? If not then are you referring to its becoming stale and unexciting? If the former then it should end naturally and if the latter it'll end if it loses funding and becomes a drag I bet.

I sort of think so.
I mean, look at Spongebob.
It's been milked to death, although, Nick doesn't seem to "endorse" Avatar as much... =/

Well , four elements should equal four books should equal four seasons.
However if they decided to have another special book, it's all right.
