You need to get back to your basic logic drawing board Buddy... your worry about grammar form rather than logic is worrisome! If you spoke/focused using other languages this question would be less important. English is very restrictive when you want to put your ideas into language formats... Open you mind and release your language dirrectional barriers! Me and I... one is expressing of sefl and the other is pointing to self... but both are reference to the "self".

I am not sure what you mean, when you use "I" , it means you,,,
if you mean starting a story talking about say a young person, and then want to let the reader know you meant yourself, then you just say "I was that young person" or "I so remember that time and being that young person" etc
