Should all goods entering the U.S.A. be labeled of where they came from?

Definitely! As consumers, we should have the right to know where the products we are purchasing are being produced. But how can we even be sure companies will even be truthful about their labeling? All they seem to care about is making the most money possible. All the false claims....Who is checking any of this stuff? Our government? HAH! That's a joke! Our Nation needs reform! Money seems to be the only thing anyone cares about anymore.

In theory yes . . . the problem lies in ingredients. For instance, wheat glutton (a common additive in just about any manufactured food product) comes primarily from China. If for example, you buy frozen pizza which is assembled and packaged in the U.S. but the wheat glutton is from China - how would you label that product. I'm with you in theory but am not sure how to turn that theory into a reality.

They are supposed to be labeled with the country of origin !!
However, if they pay enough to OUR GREAT POLITICAL LEADERS, IN WASHINGTON, THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING !!!!!!
Just look at the Chinese pet food thing, the baby toys deal, now their own passenger airplanes are blowing up, BUT NOT TO WORRY, THE COUNTRY OF CHINA HAS GIVEN A GREAT DEAL OF MONEY TO THE POLITICIANS AND THE POLITICAL PARTIES !!!!

why not make it universal? i mean everyone here is either an immigrant or descendant of an immigrant. we can wear armbands with the countries flags and then a mark of our religion too. it would be awesome!

Yes, I believe they absolutely should-- I like knowing from where stuff originates, and most of it is CHINA.
