Did you enjoy those 2 dinners?? I'm sure you did, so just move on with your life. Eat right today. Yesterday is gone, today is a new day.
Oh, and don't let a broken arm stop you from working out. There is always WALKING which is the best form of working out, anyway :-)

Sounds like you already atoned for your sins, you didn't have to break your arm over a lousy extra dinner did you?
You can still walk can't you?
You don't have to do push ups to burn a little fat you know.

Having two dinners isn't a sin. The only way it WOULD be a sin, is if you had a second dinner and threw it all away. Throwing food away's a sin.

guess the amount of calories in the second dinner, and if it's less than 800, just eat that much less the next day. If its more, do it over two days. You should never atone more than 800 calories off your normal diet in one day.
:)

Most people pig out once in a while. Just take it easy for the rest of the day, fresh fruits and vegetables. It all evens out.

I was thinking that maybe you could find a nice old lady and walk her across the street.
Please make sure that the woman actually wanted to go across the street first, however.

You can still do things like squats and lunges with a broken arm, right?

Poor broken arm. Take it for a long, brisk walk!
