well in most fairytales, it's either a kiss or a drop of tear awakens someone from long sleep(or even death)... which is more philosophically right?

TEARS EXPRESS EMOTIONS IN ALL FASHIONS - SADNESS, JOY, EXCITMENT, HAPPINESS, ETC.....

IT TOUCHES a lot more of the human feelings than a kiss

Well, a tear alludes to healing power in the purity of a great love. Like the physical manifestation of a breaking heart. The most pure form is mournful weeping, hence tears shed at the bedside that would invariably touch the mourned individual.

I think that a kiss alludes more to the breath. The thought that breath is in the mouth and therefore life force can be passed through the mouth. And a kiss itself holds love. The idea that a lover can breathe for the person and can bring about physical life force in that moment because of the connection the two share.

So it seems to me that for this question it would be the tears.

A Kiss or a Drop of Tear, which would bring you back to Life? I would say that a Tear shows your deep feelings we most often, try to hide, and it also shows how deep the person who sheds it is really feeling. A Kiss may be given as a greeting or a Goodbye, and a Couple who shows each other how much they Love each other, share their feelings with a Kiss.

Both, for it is the tear that rolls gently down the side of the cheek closest to the nose that caresses the lips with the warm wetness of purified tear drops as it touches and brushes the veil of death aside with the moisture giving in the kiss of life.

philosophically right none(J/k).some people know how to act they can act like they are crying and a kiss can be fake also if you got the money. But,if I try to think of a good side I'll say a drop of tears because it came from the bottom of the heart.

A tear. People kiss the dead as a parting issuance of respect, as in "You were a good person, and lived a good life; we shall miss you dearly". A tear however, begs the question "Why was your life extinguished? Why must you be gone? Why not me? Why not anyone else?". A tear is more likely to reincarnate the dead, and kill the one who dropped it.
The kiss is more romantic, but seems less philosophical, more "deus ex machina"; he loved you, he gets you back by expressing his love; It's just that easy!.

To me I believe that the tear comes from somewhere deeper than a simple kiss....the 'kiss' is it's own metaphor though.

it's all relative....I have felt greater inner awakening/connection (and hopefully expressed it accordingly) through a tear drop.

when I have experienced 'tear' it has been at moments of profound understanding....kisses mean many things, more often for me they are primal in pleasure ways not transitions of awareness in and of themselves. (they may follow the icon of a single tear, but the tear and it's release come first in the order of actual depth)

Snow white is well known for the kiss she received and Resident Evil brings tear to life but not the Man from UNCLE.

I don't know which one is more philosophically right, but my favorite fairytale is Sleeping Beauty so for me a kiss would bring me back to life - the taking of one's essence . . . .

A KISS from others is more soothing than a drop of my TEAR. But at the end, my TEAR is what I can depend on.
