no, its not cheating, but you need to open the communication lines. Its not that he can't satisfy you, some women are "structured" slightly different inside, so your area of pleasure might be at a place harder to reach... Both will be better for it...its nothing bad on either's part.

The majority of women fake their orgasm so really i wouldn't feel bad. Most men can't make up the difference between faking it or not. What i would suggest is for you to find a way to enjoy it as well, pleasing your husband just for the sake of it might get old after a while. I know men have a bigger sex drive but women can make it pleasant for themselves as well that way you won't have to fake it and you won't have to feel bad.
