one definition is someone who charges money for sex
the word is also used to refer to someone with questionable sexual practices, say sleeping around with anyone, cheating, being with a best friends love interest etc
though many times, the word sl ut is used to describe these traits, and applies to both male and female
also, the word is used just as a put down, with no sexual reference at all
