i want to recover amount by Provident Office?

actuly in 1999 - 2000 i joining a company in pune but company not pay our provident fund share in PPF office but cutting in salary what can i do for this ? PPF office not recover this amount from company ? what is use of ppf office .

Any provident fund deducted by any company has to be deposited with the regional/area provident office regularly,failing which legal action amounting to punishment can be levied on such company. Make an official complaint to the provident fund office of your area regarding this. Provisions of Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 clearly provides for such punishment & even recovery of the amount from your employer.
