No, you just dont get it do ya, if you are uncool now, when you buy a harley you will just be an uncool guy on a harley, what you own doesnt make you cool or not, its who you are. But having said that, ya may learn a bit of class, which is better than cool. Let me explain, I ride a Harley and a Honda, and have ridden many American and Jap bikes over the years, and I'll tell you this for nothing, numerous times I have been on the side of the road on both Harley and Jap bikes, and no matter what I have been riding, I have always had Harley riders stop and see if I'm OK, not once in nearly 30 years has a Jap bike rider EVER stopped to help, they just keep riding on by with their head up their ****, and a chip on their shoulder. If you become a Harley rider you have more chance of learning what true brotherhood means and what it means to have class.

Obese: I see almost as many fat people on sport bikes. There is nothing quite as sad as seeing an obese dude stretched across across the tank of a TLR with his rear in the "prison *****" position.
Short: I see way more of the extremely vertically challenged males riding sport bikes than cruisers. They are also more prone to be cocky and arrogant, to wear race leathers, and to strut around like pidgeons when they walk, with their chest puffed out. They also like to brag about how much they can bench press - which is misleading, since the weights are only moving 6 inches up and down. Midgets love the sport bikes.
Source: I love sport bikes. Harleys are cool, too.

This question sounds like a dig against Harley riders, saying that only short and fat people ride Harleys and try to be cool. I think you should stick to not riding and stay in your cool car.

Yes, only if getting the Harley helps you feel cooler................................ If not that means you have a confidence problem and you need to fix yourself before the purchase......BTW some Harleys look wack...... And you will look like a fat short chump on a ugly Harley. Hope this helps.

Things cannot make you cool sorry it has to come from you and your friends. When I was in school I hung with the geeks because well I was (still am) but we were cool within our group. My daughter keeps telling me Dad you're a nerd. OK everyone thinks the jocks are cool in school but I was/am happier with who I am not with other expectations of me.
So buy the hog if YOU WANT ONE not because the advertising tells you that its cool. BTW I alwasy chuckle when these clowns pull up next to me and have to keep reving the bike at the light or it will stall, my Honda 599 justs purrs along like a 400 lb

If you are concerned about being short and fat, You will not be more cool riding ANY motorcycle. Cool comes from a positive SELF-image, not a machine of any kind.

according to all the Harley advertising I see, a Harley will make anyone cooler. Especially if you buy all the clothing and licensed accessories to go with it. I suggest you spend about $30,000 and then put about 400 miles a year on it like the rest of the "cool" guys that bought them.

No you will just be a short fat person sitting on the side of the road wondering where all that oil came from, just like every other Harley rider (pusher).
