The hardest to change in a society is the attitude and values of it's Middle class.It's not for nothing that a middle class is called the conscience keeper of a society.With sudden infusion of wealth and such other means in a middle class family,the complete transformation can be found to have taken place in the THIRD generation and not before that.Though it would be relatively easier to bring about life style changes earlier.

Give them several million dollars and they will no longer be middle class. Simple enough, Bush spends tons and tons of money he doesn't have one Iraq everyday.
