I dont know anyone that can cook better than my mom...not even my girl friend...can anyone cook better than your mom?

No one for me either. I happen to know why. Moms always have a secret special ingredient. Its called LOVE. Im a firm believer. Give one of mom's recipe to anyone, I bet you, he/she cant do it quite as well as good old mommy!

Sadly enough my mother wasn't a very good cook. When I got older I knew I loved to cook and my meals were always very nice especially Sunday.
Even mom will admit that I cook better than she does but everybodys interest isn't the same.

My husband always tells me that I cook way better than his mom. Of course, I'm Italian and I love to cook!

Uh yea, lots of people can cook better than my mom, she's not such a good cook. My kids would say anyone who cooks is better than me cause I don't cook at all. The extent of my abilities is Shake & Bake.

Hi. I agree with you. My mom cooks better then me & I have all her receipes. LOL
She is terrific at Fish. I don't know why mine doesn't come out the same way....but oh how I wish it did.
I agree with one of the answers that said "Mom's secret ingredient is LOVE." How very true.
I think we all love our mom's cooking skills, because deep in the recesses of our heart...that cooking reminds us of a time, when we were taken care of by mom.
