No. This is a bunch of Chinese crooks just trying to get your bank account number so they can clean out your account. Send the e-mail or letter to your state's Attorney General. Don't answer it.

Do NOT give out ANY information to any one. NEVER give out yout Bank account number. no mattere how nice they SEEM or how much they promise you. There are so many scams out the there. Remember NOTHING IS FREE

Definitely sounds like a scam. Maybe a variation of the Nigerian scam.

No.I get ten of those a day. It's a scam. Mark it as spam and ignore it or they'll bilk you out of a ton of money.

Why they ask you pay money ? business ? deposit...?

if no acceptable reason, ignore this kind of mail.
