I hope you mean Indian politics. The country is different from the rest of the world in the sense this is the only country which has maximum tolerance limit.China also once a very good civilised country has undergone many changes and turned to earthly thinking and policies.Comunism has almost ruined its religion and materialism now a days has made it a heartless country and a cheat.Observe their politicians statements. They keep on varying.
Indian politicians are highly selfish and use the goodness of the people to their selfish ends.Very few politicians have any morals and scruples. It is because of our culture and
nonviolent thinking other cultures are dominating us and our impotant politicians are making their selfish gains.
To change all this scenerio all educated and good citizens should form into groups in all cities and educate the illeterate public.Local language should be used to propagate the ideas. How do you think the regional parties succeeded. The only function of these goups must be to expose every candidate before election and see that they are not elected.
Caste based distribution of tickets must be first opposed.Competent people and well educated good citizens are available in all castes and comunities.Large hearted and broad minded people must be encouraged to fight elections. The present print media and electronic media also is corrupt. They follow orders from their political mentors.Independent and free local press must be developed. This is all long process, but a begining must be made.

Polititians become the rulers, the administrative services are managers. A manager is recruited on the basis of his merrits and a failed manager is usually terminated. If this simple management system is followed in politics, we may find some changes.
People should be made accountable. If they can not run a department economically, they can hire some management consultants for support.
Government is handling all the income generating ventures like petroleum, Railways, electricity, transport etc. They have been nationalised just for getting income for government to run. Since majority of these are now running in losses, our tax money is pumped to compensate the losses instead of development.
If you count the total tax involved in all things we consume and use, it may go more than 50% of your spending. Your actual salary is only 50% of what you get in hand. That is the reason you find smuggled goods are 50% cheaper.
If someone smuggles petrol to India, we can get at Rs 12 per litre. We use our failed methods to generate petrol at about Rs. 50 per litre. Same is the case with electricity. The fuel cost decides the transportation and the final price of every consumable good.
It is for the prople to think. Polititians never think all this.
