I am for real here. I live in my own home & have for 18 years here. I am 56, have a couple next door who R older than me & I call him a "dominant pisser" which is a phrase I made up, but my dad was like this but not criminally minded. I am quite afraid of him as he escalates issues. He definitely is perverted in his conversations about sex & is attacking me. I have done nothing wrong !!! What I want to know is what to do. He, I don't think has ever had a criminal record, altho I don't know, but he is doing very bizarre & crazy things, but very underhanded. I was an elem teacher & am as about as gullible as they come, but I do have a strong dominant personality & am a Christian, so I don't take revenge . But finally after years of 2 faced behavior & such, I finally yelled at him that if he comes on my property, as he & his icky wife come pounding on my door & innocently I open it, & I said if you come on my property one more time I'll call cops & I live in the city, small lots. ??

1. Document all incidents - identify specific behaviors that made you feel threatened. At this point, your description is very vague e.g. "dominant pisser" "escalates issues" "attacking me..." This is all vague - what did he actually DO?
2. Call the police - when they come over, even if they don't arrest him, they have documented the visit. Or, you can go to the police station and ask them what you should do about this situation from a law enforcement standpoint. Do not be overly emotional, but communicate his actions and the fact that you feel threatened.
3. Install video on your property. Consult with someone on who to do this if you do not know how to do this yourself.
4. As much as possible, try not to engage with this person.

what ? that's supposed to scare him off ? Put up a fence or row of TALL hedge. Avoid them. I used to know a man that would try to provoke me by bringing up subjects or saying words he knew I would object to. I would just change the subject, or TELL HIM, you don't want to talk about certain issues, because it's not appropriate, blah...blah....blah.....Don't open the door.( Get a big, 200 lb. cousin to meet him at the back door ! You know, Bubba and DeWayne !) If he's smart, he'll leave you alone. If he's not, and he approaches you again, follow through on what you told him. Don't make empty threats. Call the cops. (you didn't say how long this has been going on, how long have they lived there, and if you've been dealing with it for 18 years, your story is bogus.)

If you feel threatened, and can give specific instances, get a restraining order. 'Underhanded,' 'crazy,' and 'bizarre' do not meet the level of criminal acts unless you can give specifics and show that he is aiming his actions directly at you.
He may have mental issues. You say he is older, how much older? He may have a form of dementia. It may be worth finding out if he has children who can intercede (or they may be as bad!).
Finally, I would get a lawyer and sue him for harrassment and lack of enjoyment of your home if he is truly messing up your life and you have proof.

YELL LOUDER and do not resort to the use of bad words or swearing. Just talk too loud to them, in polite words and talk to them about things in general in a VERY LOUD VOICE. This will stop the couple from enjoying your annoyance while they act like they are (over) protecting you.
TALK REAL LOUD BUT ALWAYS BE SURE YOU MAKE SENSE AND YOU DO NOT SWEAR. Imagine the person to whom you are talking is standing in front of you about half a mile away and yell GOODMORNING! HOW ARE YOU TODAY? for a start.

Post a no trespassing sign up and enforce it. If they come back onto your property go to court to get legal papers drafted for a no trespassing order of if it is bad enough a restraining order.

i could not at all consent to a request to seek. they are violating your suitable to privateness whilst they seek with no warrant. the superb suited answer is to courteously decline the request - as "there is not any longer something to stumble on". in case you do no longer conform to a seek, that's not considering the fact which you have something to conceal by using fact the "officer" above exhibits. it relatively is a thoroughly BS assumption that a common cop could in all hazard have - so what - enable them to get a warrant and instruct it - or extra effective yet they seek when you refuse and have all evidence discarded in court docket for unlawful seek and siezure - regardless of if that's a corpse with the knife nevertheless in it inclusive of your fingerprints throughout it. i'm thoroughly ill of this society thinking that's ok to violate further and extra of my/our own freedoms.

Document any of his bizarre behavior toward you. Include time and date, and whatever was said. Should it come down to the police, and possibly a court case, you will have something to substantiate your assertions, against him.

Along with some of the above answers, also go to your police station, to the public relations department and put in a complaint.... show all that you've documented... tape anything you can that he says... (it's allowed now!!! that's one of the laws Bush passed)...

He is harrassing you, no doubt about that.
Getting a restraining order is not taking revenge.

What makes you think that he is "criminal minded?" Where does "criminal minded" even come from? I've never heard that before. People can have a mental illness that could cause issues with judgement or whatever, but criminal minded, never heard that before.
