dear
1.When you operate the System or browse the websites, some activity information stored in files (C:\Documents and Settings\username\).some virus may be hided in these temporary files. It removes temporary files left by your system making it cleaner and running faster.
2.there are some great disadvantages in the registry. Security of WIN.INI and SYSTEM.INI that are the configuration procedures of the registry is not high and restricted by the size. That is, once your computer installed a lot of software, the registry was full, causing the speed of the system to slow. If you are a fan of net work, when you browse the network, hackers will change your registry and ultimately can control your computer or steal your important documents by making use of the character that the registry has low security.
So you need frequently check the registry and delete the data that should be deleted.

I wish my solution could help you.
You only need to download system cleaner software to resolve the problems about your PC. It cleans all things that you want, increases your PC speed, saves more disk space, and helps you to the trouble about hardware upgrade.

Why just ask why? Better you should ask for a fix. Download SpybotSD and AdAwareSE (match those names, don't get something similar as it may not be the same thing) plus go to comodo.com and download boclean. Run the first two weekly, the last one runs all the time in the background. If you do not have an anti-virus program get AVG, AVAST or the one from comodo.com. All of the ones I listed are free.

Malware, again.

It only takes 90 seconds to get infected, after re-installing Windows, without FIRST installing all Security software BEFORE connecting to the web.
