I tend to relax... take a break..... do the things that you love to do when I'm alone. When your mind is clear.. go back to the problem.
If involves office decisions... when I'm in doubt I normally refer to the policy of the company.
If in general refer to the law.
If still can't find any resource... try your past decision ..experience.
and most of all Pray for Divine interventions... I'm sure He will lead you the the right path. God speed!

I usually punch a pillow because if i threw something i would wear out my arm for Baseball and foot ball and Basketball!
