Pls tell me which broad band i should go 4 .I stay in santacruz basically i use internet only on saturday & sunday . I want unlimited download access as well as the rate should be low .the max i can go is till Rs400 pm The speed can be 128 or 256 kbps

If u have a landline, try and get a connection from them. If u dont, get a TATa connection based on data plans or get airtel for cheaper options...
Check tataindicom.com or airtel.in and select ur location ans view plans n tariffs for ur area
Also check with ur friends reg the same

Try for sify Broudband service Avaleble in your area or not, if it is Avelable go for it it only taking Rs.250/- in bangalore.
