How do I lease airspace to a satellite company?

I own 40 acres of raw land in Nevada and would like it to provide cashflow. Someone told me I could potentially lease the airspace to a satellite company. Has anyone done this?

You can't lease airspace you don't own it. I think what you are talking about is leasing your land to a cell phone company where they put a satellite dish in your barn to use as a relay tower.
