Ok, we do it without using calculator.
1) 24/7 - 21/2 + 11/14
= 48/14 - 147 / 14 + 11/14
[ change all the denominators into their lowest common factor(LCM), which in this case, the LCM of 7, 2, and 14 is 14 ]
= (48 - 147 + 11) / 14
= -88 / 14
= -44/ 7
2) Same as 1)
7/2 - 1/6 - 5/9 + 7/3
= 63/18 - 3/18 - 10/18 + 42/18 [ LCM of 2, 6, 9 and 3 is 18 ]
= (63 - 3 - 10 + 42) / 18
= 92 / 18
= 46/9
3) 3/x + 5/2x - 11/3x
= (18x + 15x - 22x) / 6x [ LCM of x, 2x and 3x is 6x ]
= 11x / 6x
= 11/6
4)k - 4h + 2/2k + 4k + 3h - 1/7k
= k + 2/2k + 4k - 1/7k -4h + 3h
= 5k - 1/7 k + 2/2k - h
= (34/7) k + 2/2k - h
= (68k^2 + 14 - 14kh) / 14k
= [k(68k - 14h) + 14] / 14k
= 2[34k - 7h + 7] / 14
= 7[ -h + 1 ] + 34k / 7
= 34k + 1 - h

Get a lowest common denominator (a.k.a. bottom term, which can sometimes be attained by multiplying the highest and lowest term, but not always)
= 48/14 - 147/14 + 11/14
Perform math function on the top part while leaving the base the same
= 88/14
Reduce for good measure.
= 44/7
2)7/2 - 1/6 - 5/9 + 7/3
= 63/18 - 3/18 - 10/18 + 42/18
= 92/18
3)3/x + 5/2x - 11/3x
= 18/6x + 15/6x - 22/6x
= 11/6x
4) k - 4h + 2/2k +4k + 3h - 1/7k
So for this on, the term 2/2k should just be k (unless it was typed in wrong).
= k - 4h +k + 4K +3h -1/7k
Group like terms
= k + k +4k -1/7k -4h +3h
= 6k - 1/7k -h
I would just multiply everything through by 7k to eliminate the fraction.
= 42k^2 -7hk
Or you could take 1/7k out of 6k leaving you with...
= 42/7k - 1/7k -h
= 41/7k -h
Not sure if the last one is right or not because I am not totally understanding that way it was typed out.

(1) = 3.42 -10.5 +.78 = -6.204286
(2) = 3.5 - .16 + 2.33 = 5.673333
(3) = 1/x [ 3 +2.5 -3.66] = -[1.83]/x
(4) = 5k - h +1/k [1 - 1/7 ] = 5k -h + ,85 k = - 4.1428572 k - h
