Hillary is a politicing scum bag.
I wouldn't vote for her if she was the only candidate.

I am a registered Democrat, have been all my life. Hilary has not had my vote for many a year now.
She's a knee jerk hawk because she thinks it will win her points with neocons and conservatives on security -- as if it will win her their support when it comes to other issues. It's a dangerous, foolish position, and to me comes off disingenuous. You win nothing trading with religious extremists (and by that I mean Rove, Bush and their looney friends) and we need more than to be cowed by fearmongering -- we should all see that by now.
I would vote Obama with Colin Powell as VP -- splitting the ticket. In a heartbeat.
Democratic party be warned -- Hilary is a weak candidate. Obama is much stronger. She is much more easily compromised by the exact interests we desparately need to get OUT of power in this next election. Obama actually has a shot at leading us out of the weeds.
And now that Rove is out of the White House, I can only wonder what ruinous, backroom scheming he is up to.

I don't see where she said the surge is working, but she knows that backing troop removal from Iraq is a good political strategy to get the nomination.
Personally, I would love to see something working, even as a liberal, I want to see less people dying for no reason, so I hope it works, I do.
