Yes, and where is the beef jerky, captain crunch, ramon noodles, crackers, beef sticks, and especially the booze. In mini bottles tucked in the center of toilet paper. Seems like everyone forgets the good stuff. Come on people, make a trip to walmart, support the economy and my hard chargers on a mission of mercy from GOD!

I will support the troops no matter what because they are the ones on the front lines for all of us. I don't know why care packages are running low, I hope it is not because of the hatred that the far left has put out there where they seem to have no problem of insinuating our troops are aerating villages, going into homes in the middle of the night of torture women and children, etc, and other activities reminiscent of Nazi Germany and the USSR. And those are just the comments of US Senators talking about our troops. Support for troops comes in many ways and hate speech about them should never be accepted because it does build animosity in the general public.

I wish our leaders would. Money is now going to the defense fund of Lt. Col. Chessanni who I believe is being wrongfully tried in the alleged "Haditha Massacre."
I can't believe some idiot filmmaker is already trying to make a left wing pro terrorist movie about it to try and shock our already whiny liberals some more. When will people show some real national unity behind the troops instead of the chickenshiite policy of pull out.

Earlier in the war, we figured logistics dictated that comfort items would be lacking and sent lots of stuff. I guess we just figured that enough time has passed and most of those things would now be easily acquired. We could imagine our warriors gagging on the junk food by now.

If this is not the case, let me know. I support our armed forces 100%. If there are still items you need or want we will do our best to get them there.

Just ignore the rest of these malcontents. They won't be satisfied until they have to wear burkas!

I send Silly String by the case. It's complicated, because the IG won't let the soldiers have it. (It's not "milspec and therefore not safe for the troops.)

Right. And the IG has never had a foot blown off by a mine, either. But I send a case of Silly String every month through unofficial channels, and I am confident that it's getting to the soldiers in the field. Just don't ask me how or why :-)

Oh, and I do support them by lobbying to get them home for Christmas. It's not as though they are doing our side any good serving as targets in Hajjis' Alley.

Troops do whatever their country's head ask them to do willingly or unwillingly. So the executive can be right or wrong, but the troops put their life on the line solely for their country. Hence I support and will forever support my country armed forces, b'coz I know they deserve it.

I ALWAYS have and always will. The care packages still flow into there, just check your local newspapers and radio stations for donations...... if you donate.

Yes. I always will, even if I do not support the war. They are doing their job (and mind you, it is a hard one).
