this is really stupid but it works, count slowly backwards from 10 -1 by the time you get to one u wont be as angry as when u started counting

Try to think at the time of the anger; How can I handle this problem in a normal way? Why am I getting so angry? What can I do to fix it?
If you can't reason yourself out of it; get some medical help. You will feel better and your life will be happier.

I don't know, sometimes I get into really angry moods too, but I probably have a mood disorder. Some things that help are cleaning, sex, anything creative and just screaming and throwing stuff. Just don't hurt yourself or others.
If you are hurting yourself or others, seek professional help even an anger management class might do you some good.
And no, it's not 'immature' to be angry, depressed or whatever.

The best thing you can do...is realize when you are getting really angry.
A situtaion does not become tense just like that...it changes slowly or fast...the moment you realize you are getting angry....just remove yourself from the place or the people who are maing you angry....
Do it....it might seem strange but try it....or else you can also count 10 before you get really mad.....
Like, when you are about to get angry...start counting 1 to 10 slowly...it will calm you....after 10 just do anything you want....

i used to get angry at a drop of a hate. i was very violent,as a child and when i was pregnant. over the yrs i have realized that it was just my self esteem,views of life and i was unable to communicate in order to get my point across. i started looking at things differently. started telling myself that i could not control every thing, and when i did feel myself losing it i would go for a walk so that way i was able to vent and get worn out alittle. then i was able to explain myself better and also not have so much pride where i could not say i was wrong, if i was wrong.

YOu need to learn to control your anger and if you can't do that on your own go to anger management classes.

what makes you angry. is it because you have no control. i see control 2 times in there. seems to me you have control issues and you lose it when you lose control. get what i'm saying. the only thing you can control is yourself that means actions moods behavior etc. save yourself the frustration by trying to control all things in your life. only god is allowed to do that. get it....learn how to breathe and count to 10.
