got this weird fuzzy feeling like pins and needles in my stomach and it feels odd am in very late stage of pregnancy what could it be ? should i be concerned and phone up the midwife?

not 2 meantion everytime it happens my stomach gets cold after it

If your ever worried you should ring the mid-wife.
I don't think it's anything to worry about, but if it starts to get stronger then it might be braxton hicks or maybe even labour.
