Which are considered to be top Marketing schools in US and UK ?

At the MBA level in the U.S., Kellogg (Northwestern), Wharton (U. Penn), Columbia, Duke, Michigan, Florida, Chicago - I'm sure I'm leaving some out, but that is what comes immediately to mind. The undergraduate level is a little more vague, because most of the schools listed above don't have undergraduate programs and there are so many of them.
