America never gives anything in absolute and real terms.For the billions you have mentioned,it is or it shall be getting back trillions in cash or kind.Show me any one other country in the world with a perpetually booming economy and with trillions of trade deficit,year on year.How do you think it manages that?At least on this aspect you can count on your Governments .[no matter which Party].And then people wonder as to why Americans are becoming Fatter and Fatter by the day.

Until we become a Third World Nation, which is the direction in which we are headed. Then I would love to see how many countries give us money in return.
