Yes. That is perfectly normal. The tissues and clots that you are seeing are pieces of the shedding uterine lining, called the endometrium. This is the part that would become the placenta if you were to become pregnant. The cramps are usually bad when shedding this tissue because your uterus is naturally trying to push out all the contents. I do get severe cramps myself, as it also sounds like you have dysmenorrhea. Talk to your doctor so you can get a medication for the pain. What you are experiencing is normal.

The cramps are caused by your uterus contracting to get rid of the lining/tissue, causing those huge clots. If the pain is so bad, you should visit a gyno to talk to see if there's something you can do to ease the discomfort.

That's normal. It is just bigger peices of the uterine lining. However, if your cramps are that bad, you should talk to your doctor. He might be able to prescribe something that will help.

It's not "normal".
but everyone is different.
if you tell your mom or parent, and you go to the doctor they will probably give you birth control pills to lessen the pain of your cramps.(birth control may or may not make you gain weight, that is 1 side effect but it is a good pill to take for excrutiating pain.
