They will get financial, legal and medical aid that citizens do not get. How can we allow this? This nation has been hijacked by communist lawyers who run the political system.

Makes me furious, but I will just be called a racist or a redneck or both. The country was hijacked long ago by the ACLU, which acts as if it is above the supreme court and does not really look out for the best interests of America or Americans.
There is very little we can do to stop this except stop voting for people who support this kind of thing. Email your representatives in Congress and let them know what you think.

Says who? People who want to stir the pot to get it to boil? Republican President Bush wanted amnesty, and other Republicans and some Democrats blocked the bill. There's no reason to think this result will change after the 2008 elections. Bush is finally trying to enforce the laws that exist, and if Democrats take over in 2008, they won't dare to pull back on enforcement for fear of being branded as supporters of illegals.

Communist lawyers don't run the political system. I can't imagine where such a thought could come from. Joe McCarthy died 50 years ago.

i don't think anyone who is not a citizen should receive social aid. However i also recognize the FACT that the earth has been here long before "us" and belongs to no one and thus no one has any LEGiTiMATE right to make borders in the first place for anything other than demographical purposes.

i believe the immigration laws should be more lenient to allow all persons to move here but also to expect them to pay their way. However immigration laws are irrational and bias and don't afford all people a method of legal entry and therefore illegal entry is the only option they have left, what can you expect? if they are living here they are as much a citizen to me as you are. Why should you or they be treated any different? You don't benifet me neither do they, and neither takes from me more than the other, so they are equal.

I think you are wrong. Candidate running for president wanted the possibility of amnesty as a method for getting votes. Once someone is elected, there will be no reason to give amnensty.
Become a member of NumbersUSA. Roy Beck runs this web site. He is leading the fight to prevent amnesty and open borders.

This kind of propaganda against illegal aliens is still not going to win the election for your side. People have more important issues to worry about.

Besides, Bush, as a front man for corporate interests is in favor of a “guest worker” program. Any other Republican president would have the same immigration agenda, just like Reagan had.

The only answer to this problem is real immigration reform and serious border security.

We have to do something, that's a given. A good portion of the blame belongs to us for getting involved in and signing numerous trade agreements that have caused them to flock across our borders. It's too bad that we're going about it the wrong way, IMHO. I understand the need and desire for many of these people to be here and do sympathize with most of them, but before cutting deals, it would make sense to round up those who are known criminals, and gang members, and ship them across a secure border, something that doesn't exist.

We haven't been hijacked by communist lawyers. We've been hijacked by our own politicians, many of whom are lawyers, and big business. Special interest groups, and corporations are being catered to. We, the voters, have been placed on the back burner.

I could care less. God you people worry about crap that you have no control over as an individual. Have you tried just living life and not worrying about stuff? Besides this is the first time I have heard of it, and I am thinking its all crap.
