If this guy is considered a risk, is it ethical for the UK govt. to deport him to Italy where (presumably in the govt's opinion) he is just as likely to commit further murders?
Is it OK for him to be a threat to Italians (or any other group), as long as he's not a threat to Britons?

This is an Italian citizen who has lived in the UK for 18 of his 23 years. Having educated and supported him, does the UK not have some responsibility for him? How can Italy be blamed for the actions of a boy who hasn't lived there since he was 5?
