assuming you want muscle, eat about 5 times a day ( SMALL meals) primarily consisting of protein and veggies. save one day a week to "carb up" but if you want muscles...your're gonna have to hit the weights

eat alot of avacadoes and nuts do not eat peanuts. do not eat sugar sugar is what makes people skinny.
