I have just got back from staying at my Mum's for a few weeks holiday with our 2 kids and whilst I was away my boyfriend decorated the living room and my son's new bedroom.
He said all along he had been too busy with work but had secretly been doing DIY in the eves.
It was my birthday just before I went away so I guess it is a kind of birthday present

The best present i ever received was fourteen years ago and was my dog. She was 8 weeks old and we have been unseparable since. I have had 14 years of love and pleasure from her and i love her to bits. She is deaf, blind and has arthritis now but she still follows me around and raids the bucket.
You coulndt get a better gift than that!

I had broken my leg and my ankle a couple of years ago, i was laid up for 6 months even though i was allowed home i was unable to get out of bed, i spent allot of time alone as my children wanted to play out and all my friends and my bf worked, one particular day i was feeling very sorry for myself and had spent the day weeping, my children told me that i would soon be smiling. When my bf turned up they all disappeared leaving me feeling even worse. Within half an hour they came back and told me to close my eyes, when i opened them again i was faced with the most beautiful kitten i had ever seen, i felt so loved that the following months just flew by.

On my birthday 2 years ago, my boyfriend of 3 years took me away to a lovely romantic country hotel, gave me a ring and popped the questions. It is only a modest little ring, but means the world to me. The way it was done is something I will never ever forget, priceless!

It was a book from my 5 year old son. He'd chosen and paid for it himself while out with Grandma.
I was doing my nut because it felt like the world was on top of me and I couldn't get a moment to think.
My son bought me "Five Minutes Peace", a book about mummy elephant and her children. She ends up getting 3 minutes 24 seconds of peace or something like that but I will never forget the love and maturity he showed me that day. I cried buckets.

Last Christmas, a framed set containing pictures of my son through his first year of life.
It sounds corny, but I remember seeing it, and immediately thinking it was the best present Ive ever got.

My superb birthday present I ever have been given grew to become into an iPOD, and the excellent Christmas present I ever have been given grew to become into an electric powered guitar. the two certainly one of them have replaced my existence. fantastically the electrical powered guitar. All I had on the time grew to become right into a crappy acoustic guitar. It grew to become into certainly one of those alleviation to have a guitar i could have relaxing with.

Love as it doesn't cost a thing. Love to those who "appreciate it". Right now my love for my brothers and cousins have gone to "Zero" and John that includes u big time, Frances you will have to "Suffer" like the rest. I won't be down for sure!
