Where can I get a good quality, low price heated eyelash curler?

Just wondering if I can find any of these in Hong Kong.

I take my cheap eyelash curler and heat it briefly with my hairdryer.... good luck

Try Watson's. I remember seeing a heated eyelash curler manufactured by Watson's, somewhere in TST area. Good luck! :)
