His lawyer publically has stated that he will be entering a guilty plea on August 27th. Will the NFL Commissioner, the Atlanta Falcons or any other NFL team allow him to return to the game?

It depends on his sentence. Because he plea bargained, the feds probably will go easier on him, so 5 years might be a bit more than what he'll actually get. I'd say its somewhere between 1-3 years. So with that, in order to answer your question, you have to look at the possible scenerios. His best chance to play again would happen if he was sentenced one year ( or more but gets out after only a year on good behavior) and gets a slap on the wrist from the NFL. There, it would be like missing a season due to injury which is very possible to come back from. Will he play for the Falcons? Doubt it. It comes down to which owner would be the first to give him another shot, and it would be a very akward moment, I'm sure. But that's assuming that Vick will be capable of returning back to playing form after a whole year away from the game, and the NFL dosen't extend their own punishment on Vick. The truth is, the NFL will probably suspend him for another season and so by the time he'd be able to come back, not only will his skills take a hit, but he won't be able to do the things he does best to make defenders look stupid when he scrambles because he'll be an older athlete then. That's his whole game is carrying the load on his shoulders and running the ball himself. Without that, Vick would be nothing because he's not the kind of QB that can just throw the ball to win games. I'd say, his carreer has a 75% chance of being over.

incredibly Michael Vick won't return to the Falcons to no count if he ahs to pay them decrease back is a serperate difficulty. Will Mike Vick play in the NFL. surely! anybody is entitled to make blunders and clearly this replaced right into a extensive one yet we are a society of 2d opportunities, and if Vick shows some sense sorry approximately and admitts what he has accomplished replaced into incorrect, then there will be communities knocking on his cellular earlier he even gets out. together as Vick wasn't seen a great QB in the league he did have flashes of greatness, and if something replaced into exciting to computer screen. With injuries and the turn around for QB's in the league Vick will incredibly hit upon a function with some loser group. He does have the capacity to sell tickets and make performs and communities will look previous his stricken background and attempt to construct a winner.

Michael should be able to play after he has served this witch hunt sentence. I've listened to all of the negative responses from PETA members as well as others. It amazes me how self righteous we all can be when it's not us in the spot light of the legal system. Michael was found guilt by the media and PETA before this plea deal. What ever happened to due process? After Michael refused the plea deal on Friday doesn't anyone find it interesting that the prosecuting attorney stated that if he refused the plea deal they were going to pursue stiffer charges to include racketeering? Do any of you know how hard it is to disprove that charge? So it made no difference whether Vick was innocent, the only thing that mattered was to get him. And they got him! Former Mayor Bill Campbell was found innocent by a jury of his peers but the judge sent him to prison on racketeering charges. Interesting. Let this be a lesson to all of you who look like me. You are guilty until proven innocent. There is no justice system in America for us. It's Just Us!!! not Justice.

He may after he gets out, but his asking price will go wayyyyyyyy down and he will probably play for a bad team like the Browns, Lions or Raiders and probably be a running back or a receiver instead of a QB. However, people will probably boo him at games since his image will be tarnished forever! Hopefully, the NFL will ban this ungrateful moron for life!

I am a Falcon fan who has never thought Vick was very good anyway. He threw for 0 touchdowns in the the 4th Quarter last year. I hope he never plays for the Falcons again.

My personal opinion is that I hope the judge gives him the maximum time allowed (5 years). By the time he gets out after that he will be getting close to being to old to play in the NFL.
Anyone who does what he and his cronies did to dogs deserves worse than what he will wind up getting.
But in a real world he will only get maybe 18 months and I think that the commish of the NFL will susped him for a good long while, to long for him to be able to come back.

He'll sit out a couple of years and then Al Davis will sign him. After all, this is only about race. If Vick were white, this would be a non-issue......just ask Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.

I think he should be banned from ever playing in the NFL ever again. But considering the corrupt justice system in the US, he'll probably get off easy like OJ.

After he serves his sentence, he'll probably be able to come back and play, but his reputation will have spoiled, and the demand for him to play will be a lot less than it was.
