it could be a lot of things, probably stress. have you tried going to the doctors about it? dont buy supositries from the chemist (the things you stick up your bum and spray the liquid up there which make you go) because you will get a lazy bowl (your bowl will get used to passing stools this way and will get lazy and will stop telling you when you need to go) it sounds like you need to eat more fibre, fibre makes you go to the loo. switch your breakfast for a cereal that is high in fibre, if you dont eat breakfast maybe its time you need to start. otherwise try buying a product like metamusel (we have that in australia not sure where u come from) its a powder drink (orange flavour) thats high in fibre etc. and makes you regular. but to me it sounds like you need to add more fibre to your diet. hope this helps!

Stress is definitely a possibility if a lot of excitement is going on right now.
I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.

You need to drink lots of water when you are eating lots of fibre so that your stools are softer and come out easier.

you prolly aren't eating as many veggies as you think you are, and prolly need more fiber. you also need to add grains to your diet
