I am not sure but I have a blue wristband that supports Equine health research through the Barbaro Memorial Foundation.It says " Riding with Barbaro ".I wear it everyday.

Hard to say - ever since Livestrong took off with the yellow wristband, everybody and their dog has one of some sort or another. Find someone who has the one you're asking about and see what they say.

I mean I've seen them for everything from schools, to emotions, to religious saying, to charities, to snide comments, to bands . . .
