The Vick fan base is coming up with weaker and weaker arguments ever since the "innocent until proven guilty" shield melted away. I suppose the next round of questions from these self deluded people will revolve around not having health insurance for your dogs or not bringing them to obedience school is somehow similar to torturing them in life and to death like that disgraceful human being Michael Vick did.

My dog is 75lbs. and he wears a seat belt, most pet stores sale the right harness which works for walking or riding. I would never put my dog in the car without one. Animals need to be protected too. And if it was up to me people would be fined for not doing so.

canines are regrettably seen assets interior the eyes of the regulation. It does not be cruelty to animals till somebody could desire to tutor you wrecked the automobile on objective to attempt to kill the canine. you does not get charged something for their loss of existence till it grew to become right into a chum's canine, wherein case they could sue you for destruction of assets i think. yet till it grew to become right into a notably knowledgeable, very high priced canine, it probable does not be properly actual worth the court expenditures and scarcity of friendship. yet your question brings up an somewhat solid element. it is that maximum individuals do no longer pay adequate interest to their canine's risk-free practices whilst driving in a automobile. canines could desire to constantly be limited in some way whilst traveling, in any different case, as you assert, you get right into a ruin and the canine maximum in all probability will die. Even a minor ruin the place no human beings get harm could desire to eject your canine and kill it, or reason it great injuries. the those that trip around with their canines loose interior the mattress of a pickup truck are those that get me the main. canines could desire to constantly trip in a strapped-down crate or with a seatbelt and harness designed for that objective. reckoning on the scale of the canine and the motor vehicle, a gate around the shipment section could be adequate, even though it could could desire to be a huge canine and a small motor vehicle, by way of fact the element is they could desire to be limited in a sufficiently small section that they don't seem to be thrown around too lots interior the crash.

If you were the only adult passenger, you would get no more than 6 years....

But if you had Michael Vick as a passenger, you would get only 12-18 months because "Money Buys Justice"...

Hmmm...Last time I checked there are no laws keeping your from taking your dog for a ride...but thats a far cry from letting him fight to the death, and then killing him if he doesn't fight well enough for you...
