what is the best and well easiest program that i can use to create my own game?

hey guys! i have to make my own game for our school project. the game we decided on making was something like hangaroo. do you guys know an easy program for us to make it with??? really need your opinions! thanks!

That is what BASIC is for.
But you might want to look at DarkBasic which is specifically for creating games. It has alot of the common routines for moving, taking,shooting, etc already pre-written so you can just tak them together and get a really good game from it.
