Never heard of it. Can you put it in a context?
Do you mean verb object combination (not an idiom) "Mind you don't stir the batter too long, it'll get tough."? Here it means "Keep your mind on what you are doing and"

Mind Rape- It is a process that begins with an extremely horrid eye sore or verbal offense, which turns into a vivid negative image/memory that you cannot stop thinking about. You can't get it out of your head. Hence, mind rape. The unwanted mental intercourse. Example: Someone runs up to you, (a complete stranger) with an iphone, and shows you a vid turned up to full volume, and holds you there against your will, in a headlock. The vid is of 1man1jar at the worst part when you hear the glass crunching. And they restrain you through the whole thing...... Severe Random Mind Rape (SRMR) Edit: No, Gina didn't mind rape us^^^, it was more like a....mind foreplay.

Mind you means think about it

"Be mindful of the following" as in:
"Now mind you, I'm not the one who bit you.

It could replace:
"Be aware of the fact that..."
or "keep in mind (that)..."
or "don't forget (that)..."

If someone says that to you, that person might be telling you to keep quiet for a moment because something important is going on, for example a speech,

OR.

That person wants you to watch your language, maybe because you're swearing too much.

I think that should be it.
