All I did was quote Gerry when he said he didn't get to go for a jog...I don't understand what is so sick about that!

No they don't
I sent them 5 emails about this last night asking them to investigate what people are reported for before violating as I have had some really daft ones yet someone has been able to use barbie =slag for an avatar and post crap about me.

I copied and pasted answers and URLs for them and told them to once and for all do something about it and stop violating the wrong people.

I also got a violation today for cutting and pasting someone's attack at me to answer a bullying Q, how fair is that? I get the violation for their abuse???? Mannnnnnnn!

Yes, I believe they at least glance at any details you provide. Most likely merely adding details provokes a human observation instead of an automatic one. For obvious chat or spam you needn't bother to explain, but it doesn't hurt either. Perhaps even in an automated system more weight is given to a report that has additional details. I am convinced by observation that yes, often giving more specific info can make a difference to the success of a report. Because sometimes the violation isn't obvious to an employee who is only allowed about 15 seconds to evaluate that report.

I think it's what J-Lo says - I don't think there are Yahoo people going through any of it I just think it's automated that would explain why some questions that are removed are just innocent questions and not in any way offensive.

no they dont.
but i tell you one thing they can do, that would get rid of the some of the trouble in here.

when somebody selects a username, then they should make it , so it can not be copied
