OK YES i KNOw of them! NO ITS well.....ok i figure you have been broiught to one of thier meetings
so they bring you in and you listne to the cool ways to save invest etc. then they sit you down and tell you it costs 8,000 and tell you if you pay it you only have to bring two poeple and then you start making 4k for everyone you bring sound close.
IM a mortgage banker and a client of mine is part of this group! Ive been to several meetins and im not biting im sure you can get financed for it being a school this was well thought out,
I think what you end up having to get are private educarion loans! also as far as the real estate they are straw buying.
although some of the information you get is informative ITs not worth the money take it from someone who has been to the realestate meetings and knows finance .
its all about recrutement and comeon they're gonna split the fee for school 50-50. looking closely most of the big players aremaking thier money from recruting. I listen to several people talk about how it changed thier lives and how great they where doing. I saw no evedance of that form the way they where dresses what they drove even me telling someone i had a foreclosure property the borrower just wanted to sign over the the house had 40% equity and they where only behind 4 months. even though he was BIG investor! steer clear of them the informtion they put out can be found elsewhere

Never heard of them, but the idea sounds like a scam. You don't need any outside agency to buy investment property (excluding, of course a good mortgage lender, Realtor, inspector, etc.)

They are NOT an accredited institution of higher education. That should tell you everything that you need to know, i.e. save your money.
