Its the idiot judges again.Remember Shambo the sacred bull, remember the bloke being put on probation for raping a teenager, the list of blunders, made by judges who are not of this planet is endless. This murderer of an excellent human being, should have been summarily hung and his remains carted off to wherever the none human scum originated. I saw the brave Mrs Lawrence on TV this morning, a lovely, articulate and charming woman, now deprived of her loving husband, now left with their 4 grieving children forever. Do these upright and law abiding citizens have human rights, It appears not. The Human Rights Act is the worst law ever to have been introduced into this country. What next? The scumbag London bombers will appeal that the police have infringed their human rights by stopping them blowing our men women and children to pieces. The Home secretary is appealing against this idiocy, lets see what happens.

it quite is tempting to furnish in to my intestine reaction and say 'deliver him abode', yet there is greater to this occasion. He became born in Italy and his father became Italian. He has had no touch together with his father or with Italy. He became raised interior the united kingdom, so the Italians look to have little accountability for him. His attitudes have been formed right here. If he became deported, he could be an ecu citizen in an ecu united states and can hence have loose get entry to to the united kingdom. on the time of the homicide, he became a 15 12 months previous boy, and that i might wish that now at 26, he's a distinctive guy or woman. better to shop the fee of added appeals and the deportation technique and to pay interest on the thank you to stay away from the two mindless crimes from being devoted interior the destiny.

Because the United Kingdom is a Joke country.

He should have been deported 10 yrs ago when he was sentenced.

He has been here since he was 5, and therefore, Human Wrongs activists say that the UK are responsible for him killing someone & that the UK got him into gangs....

A complete and utter shambles we are becoming. In the United States he would have been Lifed off , no parole and possibly the death sentence , depending on the state.

Madness - He should be booted out of the country.

'Oh - he cannot speak Italian!'
'Oh - he does not have any family in Italy'
'Oh its against his human rights'

TOTAL CRAP !!!!!! He murdered a decent man and does not deserve to stay - If it was such a problem him going to Italy - HE SHOULD HAVE OBEYED THE LAW SO HE DID NOT RISK BEING DEPORTED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

And a 12 year sentence for murder ?? !!

Should have been 25 yrs or cheaper the rope (why should the tax payer have to fund him ????).

Tragically, the EU and its odious 'HRA' have declared that, as far as they are concerned, there are no borders anymore around the former Nation States currently comprising the EU. Therefore, the right of extradition that was previously exercisable by each of the EU constituent countries, is no longer an available option.

So we can look after him.

We can change his identity, so that no one will upset him.

We can put him in Social Housing, with no warnings so people (like Housing Officers) can visit without knowing the danger they are in.

We can pay him wads of dosh from our hard earned wages via taxation.

We can give him free NHS, so that he can endanger staff.

So that we can feel good about being a caring sharing Nation.

So that those Rs-hole Human Rights twats can feel really good about themselves.

There now; don't you feel all cuddly, gooey, warm and do-goody?.

The Justice system in the form of the Human Rights act has taken leave of it's senses.
It's time to march folks in order that our legislators and judges felt the full force of the peoples anger at the misuse of this disgraceful piece of legislation.
