y dont the ministry makes much money?

this question always clicked in my mind that if it is the ministry of the country which makes money then why dont it makes this much money so that country does not suffer from poverty

Seperation of Church and State. It has nothing to do with God or everything to do with the breakdown in familiy, the casulness results in thousands of young women having a mans 12 child that he doesn't support because his job is not legally documented.

Because the ministry doesn't always like to give the money back to the people.
