Depends? Walking the same path, making the same choices? Probably not. If I had the power to change certain events in my life, yes I would.

If you're talking about life after death and being reborn into a different body, I don't think I've got a choice about it.

You say "if you have a choice", but you don't offer the other options.
Will I live again, given the choice? Depends on what else is on offer after I die.

Conditional. If I could come back with this life's experiences in the bank: Yes. Starting all over again from scratch: No.

This is a hard question to answer briefly...
There are far too many variables...
Like if we come back, do we start out as babies, or do we come back alive at our today age???
Do we have our loves and family, or do we live in the same place, or face the same decisions in life???
Are we healthy or ill???
What exactly were the conditions we come back upon???
If I can control my conditions and fate, I will come back...
If not or if I have to live through all my same mistakes and pain again, then please pass me by...

That will depend on whether or not I have experienced and learned all I set out to when I choose to come this time. Unfortunately I wont know that till I get back.

On one hand life is a precious and valuable thing. On the other you see all the thing and people you love disappear into the endless oblivion of mortality!

Yes, I will.
The most important is never regret any decisions that you had make. If it was a wrong move, just take it as a lesson learnt. Never look back.
