The restaurant most likely has a dress code, so you should ask the manager. But you will probably be safe if you wear a white shirt and black pants.

I would have thought you would get a uniform of some sort but if not, look at what other people are wearing.
Personally, I think black trousers and shoes are very smart, most colour shirts would go, and I would say a full button up shirt, not a polo shirt as they are quite casual. I am in the UK though, so perhaps our ideas of casual/smart are different.

light colors during the warmer weather, and darker colors in the winter.
Stick with dress shirts with button down collars. If you wear a polo people might not recognize your position in the restaurant.

beige khakis - white, beige, pink, light brown, brown.
black khakis - basically anything.
3 button shirt looks fine but a full button can be for anything..like it can be formal and it can be casual so i think its better to for a full button one

well ladies like men who show their muscles, so where a muscle shirt, like those muscle shirts that have a picture of a body builder on it that makes it looks like its ur muscles but its really not
