I know im weird but i prefer mayo !!! not overly keen on red or brown but if i had to choose one it would be red!! but have you ever tried chips cheese and gravy it sounds disgusting but actually tastes really good i didnt believe it till i tried it

For some reason I tend to gravitate toward foods and sauces that are red, I guess in my mind I think it will taste better if it is red must be psychological!

well if you chips as in corn chips, I like queso (melted cheese) mixed with the dark Salsa, it tastes great!
but if you mean chips as in fried potato's red sauce is good, but normally salt and pepper is just fine too
