In Star Ocean 3: Til the End of Time, is there a way to get Albel Nox even if you are already in disc 2?

Yes, you can get him on disc 2 when your getting your eigth party member:

For Albel:

- Head to Walter's mansion in Kirlsa and speak with him. He tells you to go to the Urssa Lava Caves, head there to find Albel, but you must defeat him to get him to join you.
